Online Participation
Register online at ewml.readsquared.com
- All ages can register and you do NOT need to be a resident of Monroe, have a library card, or attend a public school. Anyone can join!
- Register beginning on June 1, 2026. You may begin logging your activities on June 23 – the day of our Kickoff.
- You record the minutes you read on an online calendar. For every 60 minutes you read, you will receive 1 raffle ticket.
- You can record up to 2 hours (120 minutes) per day – and receive 2 raffle tickets per day. You can change your reading days, avoiding needing to log on every day.
- You will now be able to earn, collect, and spend raffle tickets for the chance to win prize bundles online.

- The system will automatically close at midnight on Sunday, August 16. No more activities can be completed after this time.
- If you’d like to log your books for school/personal use, you can also do that through the system – but you will not earn additional raffle tickets for logging books.

In-Person Participation
- Each time you check something out from the library, you (and everyone who is with you at the present time) will earn one raffle ticket. These can be placed in the jars found both downstairs AND upstairs for a chance to win an in-house basket! We’ll have baskets for all age ranges, from babies to adults.
- In-house winners will be chosen on Monday, August 17
- You may not get a raffle ticket for anyone who isn’t there at the time of checkout – There are no exceptions.
